BLACK ANGEL'S BAR.

Na světě jsou místa, které máme rádi a kam se rádi vracíme. A taky věci, které si neodpustíme skoro nikdy. Jedna z nich je můj neoblíbenější a světově známý, úspěšný Black Angel's bar na Staroměstském náměstí v suterénu skvělého hotelu U Prince.

Když jsem před třemi a půl lety poznala svého partnera, otevřel mi se svými kamarády celou krásnou barovou scénu. Dřív jsem neměla absolutně tušení, jaké úspěchy Česká republika ve světě má. Za spoustou nejlepších barů ve světě stojí čeští barmani, například Zdeněk Kaštánek a jeho 28 Hong Kong Street v Singapuru, Alex Kratěna a vyhlášený Artesian v Londýně nebo George Němec - global ambassador za Becherovku.

Black Angel's bar je postavený ve stylu prohibičních podniků 30.let. Fotky, které jsou níže, byly použity z webu baru, protože v Black Angel's je zakázáno fotit. Co se stane v Black Angel's, zůstane v Black Angel's. Za vznikem baru stojí Pavel Šíma, který je manažer baru a Zdeněk Kaštánek, v té době hlavní barman ve slavném londýnském Quo Vadis, který fungoval jako externí poradce. Kluci tak před pár lety vytvořili jeden z nejlepších barů na světě. Úspěchy baru jsou totiž nepřehlédnutelné. Letos byl bar zvolený čtvrtým nejlepším hotelovým barem světa a v roce 2012 nejlepším hotelovým barem pro ČR. The Sunday times jej jako jediný český bar zařadil mezi 50 nejlepších barů světa. Celý tým Black Angel's jsou skvělí barmani, kteří reprezentují sebe a bar na barmanských soutěžích. Dokáží vám namíchat drinky, o kterých mají perfektní znalosti, vystihnou vaše chutě a žádný z nich vás nikdy nezklame. Jsou to profesionálové každým coulem, takže když si sednete na bar, při přípravě drinku s vámi konverzují a dozvíte se o alkoholu cokoliv, co vás napadne. Black Angel's je známý tím, že si sirupy do koktejlů připravují sami a pyšní se úctyhodným výběrem ledu, kde zajímavý je například led ve tvaru diamantu. Pokud dostanete hlad, můžete si vybrat z jídelního lístku hotelu U Prince a jídlo vám donesou.

Teď už víte, kam jít, až budete v Praze, nebo pokud v ní žijete, kam si večer vyrazit. Nečekejte žádné taneční večírky, v Black Angel's vás přivítá klavír nebo příjemná hudba. A pak mi napište, jak se vám tam líbilo. Věřím, že budete unešeni.

There are places in the world which we like and wanna go back. One of these places is my the most favourite, world famous and successful Black Angel's bar in Old town square, historical part of our main city Prague. It's situated in the basement of Hotel U Prince.

When I started with my relationship three and half years ago, I didn't know about bars in CZ and how are our bartenders successful in the world. But my man and his friends opened that great things for me. For the success of world's bars is standing a lot of Czech guys for example Zdenek Kastanek from 28th Hong Kong Street in Singapore, Alex Kratena and famous Artesian in London, George Nemec is international ambassador for Becherovka. 

Black Angel's was build in the style of the thirties, time when people lived in the years of prohibition. Photos are from Black Angel's web because there is no photo policy. So what happened in Black Angel's, stays in Black Angel's. That bar was found by Pavel Sima, which is a manager of the bar and Zdenek Kastanek, the main bartender in famous Quo Vadis in London that time. That talented guys created one of the most famous bars in the world. Black Angel's is the 4th best hotel bar in the world for this year and it was the 1st Czech best in 2012 (like every year) The Sunday times picked them as the unified from CZ to their top50 bars in the world. The whole team from BA is very talented and they are representing themselves and bar in a lot of competitions. They can choose and mix the drink which is right for you and never mess up. Bar is a full of professionals so if you are sitting on the bar, just watch their work and listen to them, communication with the customer is a level and they know their job and alcohol very good. They are also known for their homemade syrups and also for a different types of ice like diamond. If you are feelin hungry, you should order the meal from hotel U Prince menu and eat it in the bar. 

So right now you know where to go in Prague, enjoy that moment, don't expect some dance party because BA sounds like piano and nice music. And write me your review!
